Honey Birdette

Yesterday, I stumbled across a shop called Honey Birdette.  I was intrigued by the beautiful lingerie in the window, so my friend and I decided to go in and investigate.

While we were doubled over with laughter at some of the rather "naughty" items for sale, we came across a table with a series of beautiful looking candles called Seven Deadly Sins Massage Candles.

When I smelt the "Gluttony" candle, I just had to have it!  The scent is Strawberries & Champagne and it is absolutely divine!  The best part is, as these candles burn, the "wax" turns into an oil that you can then use as a massage oil on your partner, or if you're like me, put a little on yourself so that you smell amazing!  It doesn't leave your skin feeling oily, but the beautiful smell lingers all day.

Lush

Lately, I've become rather obsessed with baths and bath products.  I love setting aside at least one night a week to soak in the bath with a glass of wine and a good book.

But of course, what would a bath be without some amazing bath products to put in it?

My latest discovery is the Lush Australia website.  I can't believe it's taken me so long to discover Lush and their amazing products!

There are so many gorgeous products, there isn't enough time in the day - or night - to try them all, so I'm just going to share with you my favourites at the moment.

Firstly, I'm in love with the Bubble Bars!  You crumble them under running water and they create beautiful, soft bubbles.  My favourite of these at the moment, is 'Pop in the Bath'.  Bergamot, Lemon and Mandarin, all wrapped up in a cute little ball with a sweet flower on top!  One bar is $7.50 on the Lush Australia website and it smells amazing!

Another absolute favourite of mine at the moment is the 'Dragon's Egg' Bath Bomb.  I have been using this together with the Bubble Bar (rather indulgent, I know) and they smell incredible together!  As the Bath Bomb fizzes, it creates a rainbow of colours in the water.  It also makes the water quite glittery, which makes it just that little bit more special.  Once it's done fizzing away, the water turns bright orange - a little disconcerting at first, but lovely all the same.  The smell and the colours are amazing and another plus is that they leave your skin feeling super soft and beautiful.  The 'Dragon's Egg' Bath Bomb is $5.95 on the website.

So, those are just a couple of my current obsessions but I heard earlier that there is a Lush store opening up near me this week, so guess where I'll be heading to hunt for some more beautiful products to try...
